Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard (U.S.): 3–5 business days
- Expedited: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method. We currently ship within the U.S.
Carriers
We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your shipping method and location.
Exchanges & Returns
Free Exchanges
We offer one free exchange per order within 14 days of delivery. If the fit isn’t right, we’ll help you get the one that is.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or a refund.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Final sale items are not eligible
How to Start an Exchange or Return
- Visit our Contact Form and submit your order number with your request
- We’ll email you a prepaid return label (for U.S. orders)
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5 business days
